The panel consists of:  \n\n\n\n\nThomas Bauwens\, Assistant Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management\, Erasmus University\, specializes in energy communities;\n\n\n\nLouis de Fontenelle\, Assistant Professor at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour\, specializes in public policies\, energy\, and sustainable transition policies;\n\n\n\nAntonia Proka\, an Energy Transition Expert and Project Manager at RESCOOP\, the European Federation of Citizen Energy Cooperatives.\n\n\n\n\nThe event also includes the presentation of two European Union projects:  \n\n\n\n\nREC4EU (Renewable Energy Communities for EU Regions)\, dedicated to the development and promotion of renewable energy communities within European regions\n\n\n\nLEEWAY (LEading coopEration toWArds energy communities policies tackling energy povertY)\, focused on energy communities and their policies\, with a specific emphasis on addressing energy poverty.
