Biography
Fernando holds a PhD from Delft University of Technology, where he also worked as a lecturer for several years, focusing on digital transformation, change management, and serious gaming. Adding to his research, teaching, and supervising skills, Fernando has also had decades of experience in policy-making and government advisory roles on social policies, solidarity-based economy, and cooperativism.
