Dr. Yvonne de Kluizenaar studied Environmental health at Wageningen University & Research and did her PhD research in Societal health care at ErasmusMC. At the Sociaal Cultureel Planbureau, she recently did a study to energy cooperatives, mapping how both citizens and civil servants think about the responsibilities of the different stakeholders in this field. N.B: the presentation will be in Dutch.
