Presentation of the KVS Pre-Advice 2026 | with a contribution by Tine De Moor
December 9 @ 15:30 – 18:00
The Royal Netherlands Economic Association (KVS) brings together economists, academics, policymakers and other professionals with an interest in economic research and policy. Founded in 1849, the KVS is the oldest association of economists in the world. For more than 175 years, it has provided a platform for academic exchange and debate on key economic and societal issues.
Each year, the KVS publishes its Pre-Advice, bringing together leading economists to examine a topical economic theme from different perspectives. This year’s Pre-Advice focuses on “Economic Turning Points: Lessons from History for Today and Tomorrow.”
On Wednesday, 9 December, the authors will present the Pre-Advice and officially hand it over to Olaf Sleijpen, President of De Nederlandsche Bank. Professor Tine De Moor will also give a short presentation during this event. The full programme will be announced shortly.
KVS members can register free of charge via the link provided in the KVS newsletter.
