The research of CoCon is embedded in a broader network of scholars and researchers working on collective action and social enterprises. At the Erasmus University Rotterdam, Professor Tine De Moor leads the research group Social Enterprises & Institutions for Collective Action (SEICA), which brings together research on these themes across several projects, including ECCO, CollectieveKracht, and CROWN.

As Principal Investigator, Tine De Moor has led multiple research projects throughout her career, combining extensive empirical analysis, modelling, and theoretical approaches to study institutions for collective action, social enterprises, and the historical development of commons.

CoCon also works with an international expert network of eleven researchers from ten academic institutions, bringing together a broad range of expertise and perspectives. Together, these researchers and networks provide the academic foundation and collaborative environment in which CoCon’s research takes place.
